It’s Time To Celebrate!
As we came into December, Pastor Harrell challenged us to begin praying that God would give each of us a New Beginning in our lives individually, and a New Beginning for our church. I’m quite certain that at that time, none of us fully understood what that would actually mean, but here we are about to enter the last week of February, and we can look back over our shoulder and see what God was actually up to. We can look back now, and see that God answered our prayers. Listen y’all, that’s worth celebrating!

You know, I’ve gotta tell you, I’ve had a tendency through the years to come through periods of time where I would be asking God to show Himself mighty, but then, when God would step in and do that awesome thing—rather than taking the time to celebrate the victory and to praise Him adequately, I was already working fast and furiously, and asking Him to do the next new thing. But listen, before we “move on to the next new thing,” what do you say we take time to celebrate! What do you say we take time to give the Lord praise for His working in our midst through the New Beginnings series…
