What if the story you know by heart has more in it than you remember?
Most of us could tell the Christmas story in our sleep. It’s so familiar that it’s easy to forget the people in it were ordinary people who were waiting and unsure what God was doing.
An older couple who had stopped hoping for a child. A young woman whose plans changed overnight. A carpenter deciding whether to stay. None of them knew how the story would end. God did.
This Christmas, Pastor Anthony is telling that story one part at a time, the way it might be told in a living room on a winter night.
Christmas is about a God who keeps His promises, even when the wait is long.
