Registration & Eligibility
Who can attend Vacation Bible School?
- Children aged 5 (by June 20, 2025) through completed 6th grade
- Registration required for all children
Times & Dates
When is VBS?
- June 16–20, 2025
- Choose your session:
- Morning Session (9am–Noon): Our morning session is now full! All spots have been claimed.
- Evening Session (6–9pm): Good news! We still have openings in our evening session. Your kids will enjoy the same great activities, music, and learning.
- Same great program at both times!
Special Events
- VBS Sunday: June 22 at 9 or 10:45am
- Kids sing in main service
- Drop-off 15 minutes early
- Fun in Kid City follows
Drop-off & Pick Up
Where do I go?
- Walk in the main entrance
- Follow the signs to the auditorium
- Check-in stations will be clearly marked
Security
- Tell your child’s group leader at drop-off who will pick up
- The same person must pick up
- Changes? Visit the Information Station.
First Day Tips
- Arrive 15 minutes early
- Look for grade-level signs
What to Bring
Wear Each Day
- Comfortable play clothes
- Closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops)
- Applied sunscreen
What to Leave Home
- Toys
- Electronics
- Valuables
- Bags (unless needed for medical reasons)
Optional Items
- VBS t-shirt ($12, available in the lobby)
- Music CDs and Downloads ($6, available in lobby)
- Mission project donations
Food & Allergies
Daily Snacks
- Snacks are provided for all children
- Allergen-friendly options are available
- Alternative: Skinny Pop popcorn
Have Food Allergies?
- Note allergies during registration
- Wear provided wristband
- Bring alternative snack if needed
Evening Session Only
- Concession stand open 5–5:45pm
- Items $1 or less

- Friday: Mission Money Mania
Point System
- Attendance: 1,000 points
- Memory verses: 2,000 points
- Daily contests: 1,000 points

Group Assignments
When will I know my child’s group?
- Groups will be finalized the week before VBS
- Once groups are finalized, an email notification will be sent
- Add kids@nwbible.org to safe senders
Can my child and their friend be in the same group?
- Make a note of this during registration
- Similar ages will be grouped together
- Not all requests are guaranteed
