Registration & Eligibility
Who can attend Vacation Bible School?
- Children aged 5 (by June 19, 2026) through completed 6th grade
- Registration required for all children
Times & Dates
When is VBS?
- June 15–19, 2026
- Choose your session:
- Morning Session (9am–Noon): Spots are available!
- Evening Session (6–9pm): Spots are available!
- Same great program at both times!
Special Events
- VBS Sunday: June 21 at 9 or 10:45am
- Kids sing in main service
- Drop-off 15 minutes early
- Fun in Kid City follows
Drop-off & Pick Up
Where do I go?
- Walk in the main entrance
- Follow the signs to the auditorium
- Check-in stations will be clearly marked
Security
- Tell your child’s group leader at drop-off who will pick up
- Tell your child's group leader your password at pick up
- Changes? Visit the Information Station
First Day Tips
- Arrive 15 minutes early
- Look for grade-level signs
What to Bring
Wear Each Day
- Comfortable play clothes
- Closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops)
- Applied sunscreen

- Bags (unless needed for medical reasons)

- VBS t-shirt ($12, available in the lobby) *card, tap, or check only
- Music CDs and Downloads ($6, available in lobby) *card, tap, or check only

Food & Allergies
Daily Snacks
- Snacks are provided for all children
- Allergen-friendly options are available
- Alternative: Skinny Pop popcorn

Evening Session Only
- Concession stand is open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5–6pm
- All items are $1 (accepting check & card)

Point System
- Attendance: 1,000 points
- Memory verses: 2,000 points
- Daily contests: 1,000 points
Group Assignments
When will I know my child’s group?
- Groups will be finalized the week before VBS
- Once groups are finalized, an email notification will be sent
- Add kids@nwbible.org to safe senders
Can my child and their friend be in the same group?
- Make a note of this during registration
- Similar ages will be grouped together
- Not all requests are guaranteed
